Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook mixed vegetables as directed on package until almost done. Drain.
Add next 4 ingredients and toss.
For topping, toss margarine with cracker crumbs; sprinkle over vegetables.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
