Chops N' Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 pork chops
    1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
    3 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the pork chops in a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking pan.
    Place the pork chops on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0 until water is absorbed.
