Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend all ingredients.
Beat 3 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
