Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 dry cloves or 2 Tbsp. chive flakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, whip and add rest of ingredients.
    If using several potatoes, add a little milk.
    Place in Pyrex dish; melt butter over top.
    Add Parmesan or Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
