Egg And Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Place butter in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Heat butter in a 325\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes or until melted, tilting to coat dish; remove from oven.
Pour croutons over butter; sprinkle cheese over croutons and set aside.
Combine milk, eggs and mustard; mix well.
Pour egg mixture over cheese and sprinkle with bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set.
Let stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
