Southwest Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    7 oz. can green chiles
    2 cans chicken, drained
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
