Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. grated onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Take bones out of salmon.
    Add all the ingredients except save 1/4 cup of the bread crumbs.
    Shape into patties and dip both sides into remaining bread crumbs.
    Fry in a little oil on both sides until done.
