Mex Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (boiled, deboned and cut up into bite size pieces)
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large bag Doritos chips (taco or salsa excellent)
Preparation
    Mix chicken pieces, Ro-Tel and soups together.
    Mix well.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer chips, then chicken mix and top with cheese twice.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until well heated and golden brown on top.
