Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal, diced
    1 lb. pork, diced
    2 c. celery, cut up
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms, drained (but save juice)
Preparation
    Brown meat and then place all ingredients into casserole.
    Add 2 cups water and mushroom juice.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Top with pecan halves for last 1/2 hour.
