Pretzels(Bread-Like) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
5/8 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted and cooled
2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add salt and sugar.
Add melted margarine.
Blend in flour.
Knead dough until smooth.
When kneaded, cut into small pieces and roll pieces into ropes.
Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with salt.
Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, until browned.
