Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. instant onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Flake salmon with fork.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Add salt and pepper; beat eggs.
    Add lemon juice, instant onion, cracker crumbs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Stir into salmon.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Place mixture in pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 340\u00b0.
    Yield: 6 servings.
