Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 4 oz. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can tomatoes (1 1/2 c.)
    1 (6 oz.) small can tomato puree
    1 1/4 c. beef stock (hot)
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1 box corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in stock pot; drain well.
    Add onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and sugar.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Add flour.
    Cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add stock, tomato puree, tomatoes and corn and cook 30 minutes longer.
