Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 onion (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/8 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; cool.
    Put potatoes, eggs, onions, etc. in bowl.
    Put other ingredients in bowl and beat until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes and eggs.
    Mix.
    Chill 4 hours.
