Skier'S Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 loaves French bread
Preparation
    Simmer corn syrup, butter and brown sugar until it forms a syrup.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Slice French bread 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick and put on top of syrup, filling bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
