Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Allow frozen potatoes to thaw.
    Add soup, sour cream, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for first 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
