Breakfast Sausage Strata Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet red peppers
    1/4 c. finely chopped sweet green peppers
    2 tsp. yellow prepared mustard
    12 slices white bread, crusts removed
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
    6 large eggs
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Day before serving, prepare strata:
    Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In large skillet, saute sausage and peppers until sausage is well browned.
    Drain.
    Stir mustard into sausage mixture. Arrange bread in bottom of baking dish.
    Top with sausage mixture, then cheese.
