Pork Chops And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, sliced thin
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    4 pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Mix to blend.
    Pour evenly over potatoes.
    Set aside. Brown chops in skillet.
    Place on top of potatoes. Cover. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
