Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small head cabbage
1/2 c. sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
butter (as mush as you like)
bread crumbs
Preparation

Shred cabbage.
Drop in boiling water.
Cook 20 minutes and drain.
In buttered casserole, place 1 cup cabbage.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and flour.
Make mixture of salt, sugar and pepper. Sprinkle half of this mixture over cabbage.
Dot with butter.
Add remaining cabbage and seasonings.
Pour milk over all.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Add more butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bread crumbs are browned.
