Almost Fat-Free Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. zwieback toast, finely rolled
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. Parkay light margarine, softened
    2 (8 oz.) tubs Philly fat-free cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Second Nature egg substitute
    1 c. light evaporated skimmed milk (Pet brand)
    4 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation
    Mix together zwieback toast, 4 tablespoons sugar and softened Parkay.
    Press into 9-inch spring-form pan (lightly sprayed with fat-free Pam cooking spray).
    Set aside.
