Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 can Mexicorn
    2 eggs
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Mix together and cook at 350\u00b0 until brown.
