Breakfast Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box quick oats (2 lb. 10 oz.)
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. raw cashews or almonds, chopped
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Whiz together in blender the next 5 ingredients.
    Add to dry mixture, stirring thoroughly.
    Bake at 250\u00b0, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour or until brown.
    Yields 24 cups.
