Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 Tbsp. quick cooking rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In individual heavy-duty foil packets, place a pork chop, a tablespoon of uncooked rice and about 2 tablespoons of soup. Wrap tightly. Bake in oven preheated to 400\u00b0 or place about 4-inches from hot coals for 50 to 55 minutes until tender.
