Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. pecans
4 eggs
vanilla extract
2 c. sugar
1 c. Mrs. Butterworth's syrup
2 big cans evaporated milk
whole milk
Preparation

Saute in pan butter and pecans.
Beat eggs 5 minutes.
Add sugar and beat 5 more minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons or more vanilla extract, syrup, evaporated milk and buttered pecans.
Put in freezer.
Finish filling with whole milk.
Freeze.
