Hot Chicken Salad(1993 Taster'S Luncheon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked (may substitute turkey breast)
    2 c. celery, finely diced
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crumbled potato chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
    Turn into shallow buttered dish. Combine cheese and chips. Sprinkle mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
