Ingredients

1 c. evaporated skimmed milk
2 tsp. granulated sugar replacement
3 c. unsweetened coconut, shredded
Preparation

Combine milk and sugar replacement in large bowl, stirring until sugar replacement dissolves.
Add coconut; stir until coconut is completely moistened.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
Remove from pan immediately.
Yields 48 drops.
