Southern Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    5 slices low calorie bread, crumbled
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and mustard and form into loaf.
    Pour tomato sauce into a bowl and using the can as a measure add the same amount of water and mix in the mustard.
    Pour over the loaf and bake about 1 hour. This makes six servings and contains about 350 calories per serving.
