Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. fresh milk
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 stick butter, melted in pot to be cooked in
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes one large or two small dishes.
    Large dish takes approximately 1 hour. Serves 20.
