Spinach Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Scald milk and blend with eggs. Add salt, Tabasco sauce and butter, stirring until butter melts. Add spinach and mix well.
    Turn into a well greased 2 1/2-quart ring mold.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Unmold and fill with Mushrooms A'La Lyonnaise.
