Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
Add broccoli.
Place in bottom of baking dish. Cover with grated cheese.
Melt butter and mix in stuffing mix. Place on top of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
