4 oranges, thick skin and good shape
1/2 pt. Grand Mariner
1/2 pt. orange juice
2 1/2 oz. sugar
1 oz. flour
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Preparation

Orange Pastry Cream:
Boil the orange juice with the skin of one orange.
Mix the egg to the sugar.
Add the flour.
Mix the orange juice to the mixture.
