Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 small can green chilies, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can pinto or chili beans
corn or flour tortillas
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown together the hamburger and onion.
In a baking dish, layer in this order:
tortillas, hamburger mixture which has been mixed with the sauce, soup, chilies and beans and then the grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
