Pork Chops With Apple Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. herb stuffing mix (dry)
    1/2 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine/butter, melted
    1 medium unpared all-purpose apple, finely chopped
    4 pork loin chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
    paprika
    1/4 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup apple juice, butter/margarine and chopped apple in a large bowl.
    Saute pork chops in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
    Mound 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on top of each pork chop.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Add 1/4 cup apple juice to skillet.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is done and stuffing is heated through.
