Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. hot pepper, crushed
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk, oil and eggs together.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
