Chicken Ole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. medium salsa
1/4 c. Dijon-style mustard
3 Tbsp. lime juice
6 halves chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine salsa, mustard and lime juice.
In large bowl, add chicken, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Reserve marinade.
Add chicken to skillet.
Cook until brown on both sides.
Cover.
Let simmer 15 minutes or until no longer pink.
Add reserved marinade and cook until chicken is tender and glazed.
