Portabello Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 portabello mushroom caps
1 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. feta cheese or freshly grated parmesan
Fresh ground pepper
1 lb. ziti or penne pasta
Preparation

Marinate washed and patted dry mushrooms in balsamic vinegar for about an hour. While cooking pasta, grill mushrooms.
Drain pasta and mix with olive oil, cheese, pepper, and chopped mushrooms.
