Sour Cream Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
    Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 1 minute.
    Beat bananas and vanilla into mixture.
    Add flour, salt and soda.
    Beat for 1 minute.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread dough in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Frost with Browned Butter Frosting.
    Cut into squares.
