Hawaiian Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. Stove Top dressing (chicken flavor)
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with syrup)
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Prepare oven at 400\u00b0.
    Mix hot water and margarine in bowl. Stir in stuffing mix, pepper and 1/2 of the pineapple with syrup. Beat out the chicken breasts flat.
    Spoon stuffing on chicken and roll tightly and hold with toothpicks.
    Place in a 9-inch square baking dish with extra stuffing in center.
    Mix remaining pineapple, syrup, sugar, vinegar and ginger.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes or until thoroughly done.
