Weight Watchers Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. red and green pepper flakes
    1 tsp. sweetener
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    4 squirts Tabasco sauce
    3 ribs chopped celery
    2 pkg. cauliflower, cooked and mashed
Preparation
    Cook all but the cauliflower until thick.
    Separately cook and mash cauliflower.
    Combine cauliflower and sauce and put in baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
