Breakfast Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can hominy
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk; add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into well buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, until custard is set and golden brown.
