Calamondin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. jello (lemon powder)
2/3 c. calamondin pulp
1/3 c. milk
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. xxxx sugar
1/2 c. calamondin pulp
1 tsp. lemon extract or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients
together at one time for 5 minutes.
Bake in Bundt pan or tube pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Generously grease Bundt pan and/or tube pan before putting in mixture.
After 10 minutes of standing after baking, while still hot, mix and pour over xxxx sugar, calamondin pulp and lemon extract or lemon juice.
