Hot Sausage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. beef broth
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
2 cans diced tomatoes with garlic
1 pkg. lima beans
salt and pepper
Preparation

Fry celery, onions and sausage in small amount of oil.
Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Put all ingredients into large pan and simmer for 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
