Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg or 2 tsp. allspice
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
2 or 3 c. apples, sliced or 1 c. applesauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the flour and nuts.
Add these slowly and blend.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes in a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Check for doneness with toothpick.
