Potato Salad(Greek) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 onion, chopped
    oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender. Drain, peel and cut in uneven chunks.
    Place in a large bowl. Add chopped eggs and onion. While still warm, add olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss to coat entire dish.
    More olive oil may be added. Entire salad should be moist.
