Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. rice
4 c. water
1 lb. hot sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 jar pimento (optional)
1 can beef broth

Preparation

Cook rice with water according to package.
Brown sausage with onion.
Drain.
Mix with rice and pimento.
Pour into baking dish. Pour broth over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
