Wild Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. wild rice
    1 small can sauerkraut
Preparation
    Mix this together and stuff duck.
    Cover with another can of sauerkraut.
    Bake until done at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with mashed potatoes. Use more sausage and rice if using a larger duck or goose.
