Tangy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex, crushed to 3/4 c.
Preparation

Combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
Remove 4 teaspoons of mixture for topping.
To remaining mixture add Worcestershire, garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper and egg. Blend well.
Stir in green pepper and Chex.
Add beef and mix well. Shape in shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes.
Remove and spread remaining on top.
Bake 15 more minutes.
