Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 qt. popped corn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 200\u00b0.
    Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased baking pans, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, on medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in soda
    until foamy.
    Pour over popcorn, stirring until corn is well coated.
    Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
