Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
white pepper
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until smooth and creamy, adding the salt.
Melt butter in small saucepan with a pouring lip.
Drop by drop, add 1/2 the butter to the egg yolks and continue beating. Alternately add butter and lemon juice, still beating, until all is used.
Season with some white pepper.
