Hawaiian Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. Butter Recipe golden cake mix
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup)
3 c. frozen, thawed whipped topping or 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in oranges. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on rack completely. Combine pudding mix and pineapple in large bowl.
Mix well. Chill. Fold in whipped topping. Spread frosting between layers, sides and top.
Refrigerate immediately. Store in refrigerator after cutting.
