Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. white sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can (No. 2 1/2) fruit cocktail
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Add fruit cocktail.
    Put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
